SilverSky’s Email Continuity and Archive solution includes an archive portal that allows end users to access their own archives. We host the archive, thus relieving hardware on the customer’s network from the storage and access duties. Roles are created and assigned directly in the portal. Supervisory accounts are one role that can be set up and provide access to other employees’ archives. The portal also allows for the creation of user groups for easy maintenance.
