Your SilverSky team wants to make sure that you are getting the most out of your Lightning services. Our Customer Drop-In Calls are a great way to better understand new enhancements to our platform and gain insights into what we’ve uncovered in the past month.  We have these Customer Drop-In Calls twice a month on our Lightning customer portal. These calls provide a brief overview of sections of the portal, update you on any changes we’ve made, and time for any questions you may have. Rest assured, all calls are recorded, and if you register, you’ll receive a link to review the recording to keep you informed. All dates, times, and registration links are provided below.

For our Security Device Management/Firewall Customers

SilverSky is committed to transparency and offers Customer Drop-In Calls every other month on our Security Management Console (SMC) customer portal. These calls will clarify the use of the SMC, help customers navigate the different portal sections, and share how to generate reports. It’s a great way to introduce new security team members in your organization to the SMC.
