SilverSky today announced the appointment of Cary Conrad as Chief Executive Officer. Conrad has a long track record of executive leadership in cybersecurity and most recently served as President of SilverSky. In his new role, he will lead the company’s next phase of operational growth and strategic execution, with continued focus on software innovation and data science to strengthen SilverSky’s ability to serve customers.
Conrad has deep roots within the organization. He was one of the original founders of a company that later became SilverSky and has played a central role in the company’s recent technical evolution. As President, he helped lead the development of SilverSky’s Lightning MXDR platform and strengthened the company’s position within compliance-driven markets.
SilverSky traces its origins to the late 1990s and has spent nearly three decades supporting regulated and high-consequence organizations across the United States. Over that time, the company has built a reputation for operational resilience, regulatory alignment, and disciplined security execution.
